I Found it at an estate sales from a  collector.
This is an incredibly rare  scissors. It looks fantastic.
I check the information on internet, the American Scissors and Shears  Collector's guild says it is made by
Geneva Shear
Company.
and always come up for auction and are highly desirable to collectors.
I check on EBay and internet, and this is  only a few pairs have been listed.
CONDITION ,it works well.  I know little about the scissors, please check the pictures for your reference.
