Vintage Eversharp Forged Steele Ornate Scissors Sewing/Dress Makers Quilting. Still very sharp. They are made by Eversharp out of forged steel, made in USA. The finger rings are very ornate and are done in geometric pattern with some floral design to them as well. They are marked just above the pivot screw. They measure approximately 5 inches long.
