    Description

    This is a Rare Vintage Alps 1981 Boxed Japanese Battery Operated Toy titled “Sally the Waddling Seal”. Made by Alps, the plush covered seal w/ baby bib measures 9” long x 7” at its widest point x 6 ½” tall. It runs on 2 AA-Cell batteries. The toy is supposed to waddle around in circles, and flap its flippers. Although the toy looks new, I can’t get it to work, and it needs some tinkering.
