Vintage battery operated clown juggling a ball - twirrly gig tin toy.

Description

Cool vintage clown toy. Works. The clown tosses the lighted ball from one hand to the other. In intervals the spiral rod on his nose rotates - sending the twirrly-gig up the rod. Then the rod stops rotating and the twirrly-gig spins downward. The toy is supposed to emit a series of whistle toots - but, alas,  this function does not work.
Hard to find vintage toy.
