Vintage 1984 Arco Bigfoot MCB1 Anti-aircraft 8x8 Off-Road ATV Jeep Vehicle

Out of my friend’s collection comes this vintage 1984 Arco Bigfoot MCB1 Anti-aircraft 8x8 Off-Road ATV Jeep Vehicle toy. It visually appears to be in good condition and complete, but it does not work. My friend said he tried to fix it years ago as it stopped working. He said these have known/reported QC operating issues from the factory, but he could not get it to work and left the 2 pos (+) and neg (-) wires disconnected. So maybe someone else can get it working. I did not reopen it to see and left it alone. So it is sold non-working and as-is.
