Steampunk Ruby Jewel Art Deco Handled Scissors Premier Forged Steel Red Stone

Description

This is a real unique pair of scissors or shears that have a red ruby jewel on them. Next to that is imprinted Ruby Jewel Premier Forged Steel. The handles have an art deco design on the handles on both sides. The scissors are 7" long and cut very nice. I'm not sure of the age of these but figure they are very old. The metal right around the ruby has a little rough look to it. I'm not sure what to call it. It may come off with a good cleaning. A great old item that would also be great for steampunk!
Payment is expected within 3 days of auction ending.  We don't think that is too much to ask for, especially since it is only a couple of clicks to pay.
