Old Unusual Miniature Metal Straw Hat Advertising Sewing Tape Measure

Approx. 2" x 2 1/4" x 1/2" tall, this metal straw hat has wonderful embossed letters "Most Hats Cover the Head This Covers the Feet". It is in excellent working condition with a cloth tape that pulls out and retracts fine. This is made of two types of metal, since a magnet attracts to the bottom, not the top. The surface of the brim has some oxidation / surface rust in the grooves. However the top of the hat is in fine shape. I assume that's because the top is brass and the brim is tin. A very unusual tape measure that is close to 100 years old. Good luck!
