This is the 2009  Luxury off grid Travel Trailer by Living Vehicle. It is the Model number 27P. This is the 30'11 all aluminum and stainless steel travel trailer. Nada has the current value of this trailer between 2,850-9,000 currently as of 12/27/22. This trailer new is well over 0k. You can take a look at their web sight under the name of "Living Vehicle". This company is located in California and they build the best Travel Trailer you can buy. I hesitate to call it a travel trailer because there is no comparison between the Living Vehicle and any other travel trailers on the market. This trailer is designed for cold or hot weather with very heavy insulation and thermo windows. This particular trailer sleeps six people. You will notice in the pictures; the Master Queen Island bed, The booth double bed and the Power let down double bed.
The exterior of this trailer is high quality polished aluminum with stainless features. All off the doors and compart storage are very ridged and solid insulated. There is pass through storage at the rear of the trailer that is insulated and carpeted. This is where the central vac system is located.  The other compartments in the basement are storage, electrical systems, Garbage slide, and plumbing systems. You will notice the let down porch with solid cover awning. This is a very strong porch that doubles as security for the glass door when desired.
We have replaced the factory moon hubcaps and 16" wheels with 17.5" Aluminum wheels with 16 ply tires. This is the best tire you can buy and we thought this trailer deserved the best.
On the roof you will notice Four separate 2'x4' solar charging panels capable of producing 200 watts each that charge the special batteries, which in turn runs the Inverter that supplies all the power you could need.* There is also 50 amp shore power if you want to run the roof Heat Pump/Air conditioner system. This will also charge the solar batteries while using. You can control and see the charge rate and from inside on the control panel .
There is a smart electric tongue jack and power stabilizer jacks front and rear. You can control these from inside on the control panel.
Inside the trailer you will immediately notice the Ultra Modern Opaque design. We have staged the trailer so you can see it with and without decorating(these items are available to you with buy it now). As you enter you will feel the solid quality of the stow away step system. The steps easily fold into the cavity behind, the water tight door closes up solidly for storage. Once inside you can go straight into the bathroom, right or left. Left is the Master bedroom. The mattress is queen memory foam. The sheets are 800 thread count Luxury Hotel quality. The comforter is high quality and soft. There are built in night stands on each side of the bed. Each night stand has slide adjustable LED light, a double receptacle and a double usb charger for your devices.  The bedroom closet is large with solid sliding locking doors. There are drawers in the closet as well. The washer and dryer combo unit is built into the bedroom closet wall. It is equipped with vented Splendid brand combo unit. Below the unit is a drawer for detergent storage. Above is the cultured marble top with small window. This is the place you would install or place your bedroom TV. Above the queen bed is a very nice and large sky light with accordion shade. You can choose to look at the stars or close for privacy. The other vent skylight is a power vent. You can press the button on the wall and the vent will open and exhaust fan will start. In the pictures posted I have not yet reinstalled the sliding doors for the bathroom and the bedroom.
In the bathroom you will find beautiful ultra modern finishes from the teak wood lined shower to rain and jet options in the shower. The sink is the glass bowl type with counter top. Above the shower is a large skylight. Also in the bathroom is a power roof vent that is controlled at the wall switch. Barn door type sliding door for bathroom privacy.
The kitchen is something special. The counter tops are cultured marble solid surface type. The kitchen sink is the farm style single deep type with adjustable spray head faucet. Next to the sink in the trash receptacle. You simply open the trap door and garbage is deposited in the basement garbage collection. You simply open the outside compartment door and pull the sliding garbage can tray and remove. The dishwasher may be the most practical appointment in the entire trailer. The is the stainless steel oven door style. It is the "almost" silent type. It holds more dishes than I want to wash. The island is modular. You can remove it completely if you just want it gone. In the bottom it has some H handle lags that you simply twist and remove. It is very easy. The refrigerator is gas and electric. You will probably be using it mostly on electric since the solar system is free electricity. There is an ice maker in the fridge that we have not tested but it is there. The cook top is gas and the built in microwave is also a convection oven.
The living area is nice with a U Shaped booth that makes a close to a Queen size bed. You can remove the table and it is just a couch. You can also press the power bed button and a Queenish size bed silently lowers to expose another sleeping area, ladder and upper led lights. Below on the booth wall you will see a smart 32": TV that is built into the wall, which can extent and articulate. Along with built in surround sound with VERY high quality speaker system, built in Radio, DVD, CD, ETC. It is a great entertainment system.
Overall this is a very usable and a Trailer of the highest quality and finish. I have not listed everything but I have tried to give you an understanding of what this trailer offers.
There is a lot of storage. Under the Queen mater bed is full storage. Under the booth seats you will find full storage. The Kitchen has a hidden pantry. The master closest and the full basement.
The last picture is what we fixed. We purchased this trailer from an insurance auction. It was reported to have water damage. Upon arrival and inspection we found no water damage other than the water filter had frozen and burst. This was the only water issue inside the trailer. The On demand waterer heater had also burst. We believe this is the "water damage" they had sighted. The main damage was vandalism. Someone took a hammer or similar object and busted every screen lcd screen in the trailer. Plus the busted one of the ceiling speakers(0 each) and the radio. Pictures are included. There was no actual damage to the systems either electrical, solar, battery or water. We patiently waited and searched for all the system controls. We have installed, tested, serviced and winterized. We have an Arkansas Rebuilt Title. It is possible to purchase the trailer with a regular no comments title if it is necessary for your financing. However we will be offering this trailer as a previously damaged unit. It is being offered at 50% of its book and market value. This trailers is NOT hurt and looks great!!

The title is considered clean as it has been rebuilt. It shows rebuilt in the comments. You can request a reassigned vin with a custom built trailer title if necessary. However it will always be rebuilt with damage history. This is the only reason it is half price.
