    Description

    Mercedes 280se 280sl Timing Gear Parts Tensioner Distributor FI Injection Shaft.
    Removed from a 1972 280se w108 with the 2.8L M130 inline 6 Fuel Injected engine, automatic transmission w/air conditioning, odometer showed 49,xxx miles at removal.
    Should fit may cars of similar vintage with L6 motors M127 M129 M130 w109 w110 w111 w112 w113 w114 bidder to verify fitment possibilities, 280se 280sel 280sl Unimog Some parts also fit Diesels

    All parts have been Ultrasonically Cleaned with mild degreaser, all parts appear to be in serviceable condition. All Gears have some wear but appear to be normal for age and mileage. No cracks, missing teeth, or other apparent damage or excessive wear.
    Parts may be fully functional or may be un usable or require repair prior to being placed into service please examine all parts carefully prior to installation.
    Two points of issue-
    1. I would recommend replacing the tensioner spring based on age of part.
    2. The Bronze Bushing in the aluminum housing that the intermediate shaft rides has a slight lip and a small section of that lip is damaged, may be fine I do not know these engine enough to speculate. Please review picture of damage.
    Remember these parts have been removed from a 49 year old used car they are not new or like new, please review all pictures, read the description, and verify any and all fitment possibilities prior to bidding.
