We are very particular in what we select for auction.  Our home is, and has been smoke-free and pet-free. We will not list anything that we consider tainted by smoke.  All items are inspected, clean, and ready to wear. Although we take care in the packing process, there may be some wrinkling and you may be required to haul out the iron and do some pressing.  All items are sold as-is.  We list them as mint, excellent, and good condition.  Our dress form is suited for small and medium size dresses.  We pin each dress at the waist to show definition. Please examine the detailed measurements carefully and do not rely upon the labeled size as sizes vary drastically. We cannot guarantee a perfect fit if you base the fit on the size shown on the garment's label.
Shipping & Handling
We ship within the US by USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail--both with Delivery Confirmation. Our handling fee is on the each item (auction) that you win.  International sales handling fees are on each win. Total shipping for combined wins equals the actual cost to ship plus the handling charges.
We list items of the same size at the same time so that you may take advantage of the shipping discounts.
We will ship by UPS Ground when it saves you shipping costs.
We welcome bids from international buyers.  We ship by First Class International unless the package exceeds 4 pounds (which ships by Priority Mail International). Shipping by USPS First Class International cannot be tracked or insured.
Buyers accept responsibility if a package is lost in transit.
Please email us prior to bidding to receive the exact shipping cost to your destination. Shipping charges are shown to Canada.  Other international bidders should figure their shipping cost to be at least 2 times the rates shown for Canada.  Shipping rates for international bidders are not negotiable. Do not ask us to ship by a cheaper method such as boat mail.
We normally ship the same or next day after receipt of payment.
Payments
If you plan on bidding on additional auctions after you have won an auction, DO NOT PAY for your winning auction.  If you do, we take this as an indication that you are finished bidding on all auctions and will ship the item the same or next day.  Combined shipping discounts do not apply to items already shipped.

We have a 100% feedback rating because if you are not satisfied, we will make it right.  We try to represent each item as accurately as is possible, but we do miss things and have errored in the past.  We have successfully delivered thousands of items.  We have immediately refunded the cost of the item to a few buyers when we inadvertently missed something or misrepresented the item in some way—and you may keep the item.  We always make it right!  That is our guarantee.
Returns
We will graciously accept returns on any item you may win under the following conditions:
·   Return the item in the same condition that you received it at your expense.  You may ship in the     most economical means available (e.g., parcel post in lieu of priority mail).
·  Notify us immediately and ship the item back to us within five days of receipt.
·  Upon receipt of the item, we will immediately send a refund of your winning bid. Shipping costs are not refundable.
