Payment
- Payment is expected within five days of ordering the item unless prior arrangements had been made. If payment is not received within seven days, a Non-Paying Buyer (NPB) warning will be filed with eBay. A negative feedback will be left if the buyer does not answer the NPB warning within ten days. We are a reasonable company and as long as the communication channels are open and clear, We have no problems accommodating special circumstances.

Return Policy

If we decide the best option is to replace or fix your product, we will issue a "Return Merchandise Authorization" which is required for any return. If you do not want a repair or exchange, we  will offer a  refund only within the first 14 days of receipt (except 20% of the sale for the restock charge). Under no circumstance will the original shipping charges be refunded.
