This offer is for an adorable Toddler Holiday Dress by I'M WEARING KLOZ.  It is vivid Multi Colored Floral with a deep black Velvet Collar and Arm band with appliques, has a matching dry Flower Pin in the center of the collar (can be removed) and the underneath is black Tulle with a burgundy silk trim that fall below the dress line.  It is a Size 2T, has Long Sleeves and would make a perfect dress for any of the upcoming Holidays
