3-9 mo - chest unstretched is 15 in, chest will stretch to 21-22 in / 16.5 in long
9-18 mo - chest unstretched is 16 in, chest will stretch to 24-25 in / 19.5 in long
2T-3T - chest unstretched is 18 in, chest will stretch to 27-28 in / 21.5 in long
4T-5T - chest unstretched is 18 in, chest will stretch to 29-30 in / 26.5 in long
6-7 - chest unstretched is 18 in, chest will stretch to 30-31 in / 30 in long

For size reference, my adorable niece in the pictures is 2.5 years old and she's in size 3 clothing.  She is wearing the dress in the 2T-3T size.
This dress comes in ivory, white, turquoise, light pink, brown, gray, and aqua.  Use the drop down menu to pick which color and size you'd like.
