Fleetwood Yukon Camper
Solid Fleetwood camper. Inside has been redone with insulation and nice hardwood by a guy who is a custom home builder. Tires in good shape, fridge , 4 burner propane grill inside & propane grill outside. sleeps 4 to 6 people. I used a port-a-pot in the bathroom of camper (Port-a-pot not included). Camper needs good cleaning. Roof is water tight. Was told electic worked but never pluged camper into generator to find out. Camper does need some TLC here and there. Tows well and is about 30 ft maybe 34ft with tongue. Camper is around 8000 pounds. See photos. Also comes with 12 ft Jon boat. No titles for camper or jon boat.
Camper is located on 110 acre Recreation/hunt land in Rupert WV not far from Greenbrier resort. Lots of game (Deer, Turkey, Bear, Coyota & more) & good fishing close by with Meadow River & stocked trout stream. Hunt Camp is on Big Moutian in Rupert WV, Greenbrier County, Very beautiful area! Camper can stay on site till May of 2022 or longer if winner would like to take over land lease. Or move Camper and boat anytime before lease expiration.
Super opportunity to have your own locked & gated Hunt camp in West Virginia!  Almost Heaven!!  Renew land lease thru Weyerhaeuser next year (625 for the whole year) or move camper by then.
