Dress, infant size Large. READ description regarding sizing

Size is large. Not sure of precise sizing, but my daughter is on the smaller side. this was worn when she was 2yrs, 3 months and weighed 25lbs. May fit infant up to 24 months depending on their size. I would say more of a 15-18 months or 18-24 months. from a smoke free and pet free home
please note:
starting in the month of june 2020, i noticed that shipping through usps significantly slowed. i understand this may be the current challenges usps is experiencing with both current events and their business solvency.
packages that normally take 2-3 business days to receive, now take anywhere from 4-7 business days. especially if you do not live on the west coast like i do. part of the delay i'm seeing is that when i take a package to usps and deposit it in their outgoing cart, it is not scanned as leaving the post office until 2-3 business days later versus same day processing as was my experience before.
