circa 1919 CITY LOAN in Ohio Advertising Celluloid tape measure MAKE OFFER

I really don't know how how to start this. I'm a 75 year old guy that has been
buying and selling
this kind of COOL Stuff since the 1980's.
I've been in more antique malls and done more shows
then I wish to remember.  I'm selling off all the cream now that didn't get out
before for re-
sale. That's right!
That's where
this Great Stuff came from. My own private
Stash! I've been
buying and
selling on
eBay since 1998. I am proud of that!

This is a circa 1919
CITY LOAN in Ohio Advertising Celluloid tape
measure. ALthough not dated, it was made by the Parisan Novelty Co, in
Chicago. It reads: "PAT 7-10-17 and  11-4-19." So, it's over a hundred year
old! It is working just fine. The front and back only show minor age/use/wear.
