You are bidding on an adorable black and white plaid dress in a girls size 18 months from The Children's Place.  This dress features a smocked bodice with the neck, and arms trimmed in white lace, as well as lace running along the bottom hem of the dress.  The bodice has a white one inch ribbon that ties around the waist right below the bodice of the dress.  This dress is lined with a solid white petticoat that has a bit of tulle and a bit of white eyelet that falls below the hemline to create a dramatic effect.
This is a very cute little dress and can be worn in spring and summer months through Fall with a light sweater.
