Sweet miniature celluloid tape measure depicting a bouquet of flowers in a red basket. Light wash of paint on flowers. Red ladybug pull tab is hanging on by a thread, I have not tried to extend the enclosed coiled tape measure. Crack near opening, shown in photos.
