This card reader receives bus power via its Thunderbolt 3 interface and includes a Thunderbolt 3 cable.
Please note that macOS 10.13 and higher is required to support CFexpress cards. Also, XQD cards are supported under Windows 10, but are not Thunderbolt 3 certified.
