Payment and Closing
Auction winners WILL NOT checkout through eBay. An invoice will be sent to the email address associated with the buyer's eBay account for payment. Acceptable methods of payment are Visa, AMEX, Discover or MasterCard.
At the end of the auction, the Buyer (you) will receive an eBay message requesting your information. Please reply with your information which includes: Name, Address, Two Phone Numbers, Valid Photo ID, and Email Address. Additional information may be required depending on the resort’s requirements. This information is required on the same day as the closing of the auction. After we receive your information, we will guide you through the rest of the purchasing and transfer process. We make every effort to ensure prompt delivery of your deed/membership. Closing timelines vary by resort and their transfer process.
THE TRANSFER PROCESS WILL TAKE NO LESS THAN 90 DAYS TO COMPLETE, AND IN SOME CASES CAN TAKE UP TO 180 DAYS TO COMPLETE.
Right of First Refusal
Some resorts have a Right of First Refusal (ROFR) policy. A contract will be submitted to the resort to begin this process after your purchase and your information has been submitted. The resort has up to thirty (30) days to exercise their right to purchase the property back from the seller or waive their right and allow the purchase to proceed. If the resort exercises their right to purchase the property back from the seller, your money will be refunded back to you.
