Antique Vintage Toledo Spain Damascene Scissors Unusual

Antique Toledo Spain Damascene Scissors. Unusual pair of Toledo scissors with swans, i think. I believe this pair was once plated in a gold . The tops of the handles have a touch of gold. One of the blades has a blank spot in them in the middle. I at first i thought it was a worn spot but after zooming in for the photos it appears to be made that way.  I'm assuming so they could be engraved.
I'm not sure exactly how old these are. I think from the early 1900s. I was only able to find one other paid online and that's what they were told. If you know please let me know. Thanks
