Antique Victorian MOP Purse Case with Greek Goddesses Gods Golden Litho Image
Item Description:
This little Mother of Pearl coin purse / case is so striking; it features a golden colored monochrome lithograph image of 10 Greek Goddesses dancing, along with their names. Truly an unusual example of such a MOP case. (Note - I'm also listing this in sewing although it's not directly related; knowing that some sewing collectors love MOP items, so this might be of interest.) The interior has several pockets in red cloth, which is in good shape. It's possible there's a little "secret" pocket, as there's an interior latch in the center of the interior; however it doesn't seem to want to open and I don't want to force it.
Condition:
In very good condition;
here is some minor wear to the lithograph near the bottom of one Goddess's feet and a few tiny dark dots (see photos).

Approx. 3 3/8 L by 1 7/8' W.
