Antique Victorian Loves Dream Cupid Sterling Silver Tape Measure

This item is not functioning and is sold "as-is" for repair. I don't believe there is a measuring tape currently inside. One wall of the device has been pushed in some (see photos) but is not bent and I imagine this could be repaired to some extent if proper measures are taken. Beautiful repousse decoration which could display nicely either way. Measures approximately 1.5" inches in diameter. Please see complete photos, message with any questions and bid with confidence!
