Antique Mother of Pearl Tape Measure
English * Circa 1870
The top and bottom of this petite antique tape measure are made of mother of pearl with a pretty design carved in the top. A curved mother of pearl stem on top turns in the tape. Gilded beads make up little columns on the sides.
It's in excellent condition and the tape winds back in well. It has the original and complete green silk tape marked in inches. It measures almost 3/4" high and the base is about 3/4" square.
