Antique mini ornate tape measure, in the Art Deco taste and period.
Germany, circa 1940.
This pretty antique measuring tape, in well decorated with an owl on a branch.
It is metal, with 2 tones ( silver and gold ).
The cloth tape is graduated in inches on one side, and in cm on the other side.
Stamped on the metal “ Germany “ ( please see photos ).
It is in a very good working condition, will be retracted when you press the button.
The eyes of the owl are in glass.
Some oxidation to the metal due to age and use.
Minor scratches due to age and use ( please see photos ).
Diameter : 1 1/2 inches ( 4 cm )
