For your consideration is an antique metal straw hat tape measure. The top of the hat reads "Most Hats Cover the Heads This Covers the Feet". Metal hat has straw detail and black ribbon painted around the middle. Measures about 2 inches by about 2 & 1/4th inches. Metal pull tab is missing, must feed in manually.
