Beautiful pair of antique Swedish embroidery scissors.
Lovely gold-plated steel damascene niello enamel scissors.
One blade has a woman at work with a rake in traditional Swedish folk dress. The other blade has a gentlemen with hands in pockets in traditional Swedish costume.
One blade has the “Anchor-crown-E” mark of Jernbolaget Eskilstuna between the initials “E.J.” and “A.B.” and above “Eskilstuna.”
The other side is marked with “Made in Sweden.”
