Antique Cast Iron Skirt Marker Sewing Tailor Seamstress Boco Patent

Description

This is an antique cast iron Boco skirt marker.
Cast iron base with patent numbers, as shown; wooden measure; rubber tube & ball (tube is partially detached from ball);
glass jar of powder held on by a bracket that also has Boco & patent dates.
Good condition with described tear to rubber tube at the ball.
