Vintage Advertising Tape
Original Vintage Antique 5' Advertising Cloth Tape Measure features a scale on both sides from 1" to 50" with eighth inch markings.  The reverse side contains the following additional printed information:
SCOTCH WOOLEN MILLS,
CHICAGO, ILL
ADAMS, HALSTED AND GREEN STS.
The tape is secured to a T-shaped hardboard or similar hard material frame which is marked Scotch Woolen Mills and includes measuring instructions when used as a "Handy Crotch Device".
The Vintage Antique 5' Advertising Tape Measure likely dates to the pre- World War II era, and is in Excellent Condition for its Considerable Age.  It appears to have been little used, if at all.  Please see accompanying photographs.  Perfect to add to any Vintage Advertising; Advertisements; Tapes; Rulers; Sewing; Tailoring; Scottish Woolen Mills; Chicago, Illinois; Historical Memorabilia; &tc. collection!
