    Incredible sewing set of Louis Philippe period in its original case with a gold medallion on top. The interior trimmed with creamy white velvet contains 6 compartments for: needle case, thimble, scissors,stiletto, wire pass needle and scent bottle. All elements are solid gold 18 carats punched from the french eagle's head, and weigh 31.5 grams . Perfect condition with maybe some old repairs on the scissors. Rare set that will delight a collector.
