Flipjaw Freeride Ski Poles
The K2 Flipjaw Freeride ski poles are a fun and useful set of poles that are built and designed to take you to the farthest reaches of the earth, and are equally at home cruising the trails within the resort. This capability gives the poles a ton of versatility, ranging from an all-mountain pole to a backcountry pole without missing a beat. Built with an adjustable aluminum shaft, the poles are durable and light. When you're in the backcountry, it's pretty important to know that your gear will hold up to the rigors of alpine touring, and the K2 Flipjaw Freeride poles have just the strength and burly build to be able to handle all that the backcountry can throw at them. The Flipjaw mechanism is simple, refreshing, and strong, allowing the poles to extend 25 cm, making the sizing of the pole totally customizable for the task at hand. When you're going uphill, you need the poles to be extended and longer in order to maximize efficiency, while on the downhills, they should be shorter in order to accommodate a turning position on skis. Or, and this is crazy, for those long sidehill jaunts, the uphill pole can be shorter than the downhill pole, keeping you level and even with the pitch of the slope. Either or any way you choose, the K2 Flipjaw Freeride ski poles are all you're going to need to enjoy your day on the mountains.

*Returned skis that have been mounted are subject to a 20-25% restocking fee. If you are unsure about keeping the skis or your boot size we recommend shipping the skis & bindings unmounted.
Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL)
The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size (
eg.
a mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm). Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. Without this precise manufacturer's measurement, we cannot mount your skis.
If we are given incorrect mounting info, the buyer will be responsible for any remounting or restocking fees.
Binding Check:
Buyer is responsible
for taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.  We do NOT set DIN levels.
Product Availability
Our eBay store shares much of its inventory with our family-owned retail store in Stowe, VT and sometimes our inventory is not accurate due to purchases made locally. If you purchase something that is sold out, we will try our best to find you a suitable replacement item. Any payment for an item that is not available will be refunded immediately. Keep in mind that weekend purchases are not finalized until Monday due to our eBay Department schedule.
