2020 Riverside RV Retro 189. Travel Trailer.  Used one season at seasonal park, but put zero miles on since purchase. Includes all accessories for set up, water hose shut-off, pressure reducer, water filter, 40' grey/black water line, power line, coaxial line for tv and internet, 12’ power awning, detachable side awning shades, portable storage unit (Shelter Logic).
All appliances in perfect working order. This RV was manufactured pre-Covid and was bought as a leftover. The perfect travel trailer to do state and national campgrounds. Interior is cozy light wood panels with light wood flooring.  Generous refrigerator with separate freezer.  Wall-mounted microwave and two burner range top with tempered glass cover.  Use the extra counter space for food prep when not using the cooktop.
This front bedroom layout has simple, warm woodwork.  The flooring is birch, not the checkered shown in floor plan.
Can be towed by mid-size SUV or Compact Pick-up.  Owned by Non-smokers but have a dog.  More photos to follow. This RV is in Tuckahoe, NJ and can be shown by appointment.
