2006 crossroads RV ZINGER ZT-320-SB Handyman special. needs a little TLC. Absolutely water tight. New tires. New water heater. New A/C with remote thermostat. Drawers need to be fixed, fridge is not working, furniture in front room is gone. Rear bunk room has been converted to a closet. Bunks are gone. Studs for the bunks are still there. Microwave is gone. I understand all other appliances work as they should. Both slides open and close easily. Rear and side entry doors. Minor dents around exterior, minor rust underneath trailer. Queen bedroom in front. Pulls very nice on the road. 2x30lb propane tanks. new battery.
