For sale is a 2 week stay at the Pono Kai in Kapaa Kauai. Unit A103.  It is for a 1 bedroom Oceanfront ground floor unit.  It has a full kitchen, bathroom and pull out couch.  The Pono Kai has tennis courts, pool, laundry facilities and other amenities.  Check in is Saturday 9-18-21 and checkout is Saturday 10-2-21.  The condo is near shops and restaurants in Kapaa.  we have stayed at the Pono Kai numerous times and love it.  Kauai is  our favorite island by far.  The beaches on the north side of the island are breathtaking.
Please note that every unit at the Pono Kai is furnished and decorated differently.  The pictures are not of the exact unit and are meant to give you an idea of the furnishings. We have not stayed in this unit before.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for checking and adhering to any Covid restrictions or travel regulations.
The unit is currently booked in my name and will be transferred to the buyer and sent an email itinerary after payment is received.   The dates are fixed and can not be changed.  I would however consider selling each week separately.
