Mostly original vintage condition. Some dimples and scrapes on the outside.
Needs toilet and shower. Tires are good. Tows great! Weighs approx 4,200 lbs. New AC. Solid, no leaks. Newly re-upholstered green velvet gaucho sofa that makes into a bed plus two twin beds. No tanks. Operations Manual available on disk.
