Description
Single axle trailer measuring 13’ long (bumper to hitch), weighs approximately 1700# (dry weight) and the hitch weighs 320#. The lighter weight makes for very easy towing. There are 3 twin- size fold out beds (rear sofa, upper sleeping berth, and convertible dining booth) There is no ‘bathroom’ but the reinforced closet contains new/unused porta-potty.Ample storage underneath dinette benches and rear sofa. Lots of upper cabinets, 2 kitchen cabinet drawers, built in cutting board, and closet space with clothes rod and top shelf. Walls are white, cabinets are a dove grey. Original formica countertop and tabletop are in great shape as is the icebox, sink and propane stove/oven and light fixture.
Work recently completed:
-Interior and exterior wiring for lights redone and in perfect working condition
-Brand new 17 gallon fresh water tank, new plumping and new pump faucet installed
-New 12v deep cycle marine battery installed for interior lights
-2 USB chargers installed
-1 new 12 v charging adapter installed (cigarette lighter adapter)
-Power inverter for 12V to 110 AC volt
-New paint both interior and exterior (high grade tractor paint used on the exterior)
-Custom made interior curtains (Sunbrella material) with matching neck roll pillows and matching front window rock guard cover
-New upholstery throughout
-All new propane lines (stove and heater both work great)
-New exterior LED marker lights
-New Vinyl Tile throughout (wood floor look)
-New 8′ long, awning railing installed (awning would be yours to add)
-New ceiling vent
-Extereior resealed (no leaks whatsoever)
-New hitch on the rear bumper of trailer for a bike rack
-2 propane tanks mounted on front hitch (1currently full)
The 12v, deep cycle battery can be used without the need to be plugged into a power source if you ever need, or can be used by plugging in at home, rv park, campground or generator. The new battery, charger and 30’ heavy duty extension cord are included in sale of the trailer.
Please note the last 2 photos of the roof vent - the cover blew off during a rain storm and water discolored the paneling and weakened one side of the interior ceiling framing.
