    Description

    It's back...
It sold, but the genius that bought it couldn't pay for it. So, PLEASE, place your bid, only if you can pay for your bid.
I have a 1963 Airstream Overlander that has been redone from the tires up...
This is truly a one of a kind! Everything is BRAND NEW as of 2021. The new foam mattress is no RV mattress. I purchased a very high end, cloud-like, super soft, foam and gel mattress and shaved it for a perfect fit. You will be the first to sleep on it! The toilet is completely virgin, your ass will be the first to touch it's seat. As an RV owner, these are important little things, to me anyway. Can you imagine, over the past 60 years, how many people could have graced this bathroom? Not for me! That's what makes this perfect... You get a one-of-a-kind CLASSIC Airstream with all of the modern day conveniences and you will be the first to use them all! And, unlike most trailers and RVs, you don't lose half your money the day after you purchase this. This is, or has the potential to be, an investment. Keep this up, add your own personal touches, you could make money, even after yesrs of enjoying this trailer. Though Airstream has made a recent comeback, they simply ARE NOT built like this one.
Everything was carefully considered and upgraded beyond current RV standards. It's been completely re-insulated, maybe even a little over board. it contains mylar, fiberglass, and foam insulations. This is as 4 Season as it gets!
This gem has it all! It has a brand new 2000W Renogy Inverter system that is state of the art. Stereo Surround, 2 Smart TVs (one generously sized 32" for private viewing in the "bedroom", and one that drops from the ceiling in the lounge space). It has all new LED Lighting throughout. This is not your average, cheap, RV lighting, these lights are top of the line. You have INSTANT, on-demand hot water with your own tankless hot water heater. Hot showers where ever you go... A brand new 16' Exterior Canopy adorned with a smart LED Party Light Strip that can be controlled via remote, or by your phone. ofcourse, there's more...
While the Interior is 2021, the body is 1963. Can you imagine picking up a 60 year old Aluminum can? What would that look like? We've spent literally hundreds of man hours and thousands of dollars scraping, buffing, and polishing this Airstream. While, obviously, it can't be perfect, it is the best looking 63' I've ever seen. The one thing I didn't do, is body work. That is not my strength. I didn't want to try to pop out a little ding, only to make it bigger. So, ofcourse there's a few dings and scratches, it's 59 years old. But this Airstream appears to have always been loved and cared for. Honestly, that's part of the character, and you can feel it. But, certainly with minimal effort, a good Aluminum body guy could pop out a ding here and there. The shine, however, is pretty much completely restored, it is seriously blinding! It's like looking in a mirror.                          Plus, the entire undercarriage is wrapped in Aluminum as well. There isn't hardly a dent or scrape on the bottom, period. I don't think this Airstream has ever even seen off-road conditions.
I have some electrical, mainly just hook up, left to go, but nothing that would prevent you from camping right this second.
It's funny, I moved the Airstream out of the City and out to the Country because I couldn't get any work done on it. It is absolutely an eye catcher and conversation piece! Everyone knows what an Airstream is, and everyone has a story!
I'm not looking to get rich off of an Airstream build, this kind of fell in my lap. But, at the very least, I'd like to get my money back. It's a hard item to put a price on. I've seen these go up to six figures often. There's a short little Airstream Globetrotter renovated in 2019 closer to the condition of mine, that they are asking ,999 for. There's a tny little 64' Bambi with literally nothing in it listed at ,000. That all seems a little crazy?
The Outlander seems to be the more popular size, 26', unless you're trying to pull a camper with your Subaru. 63' is, for some reason, a very "collectible" year, as well.
I think I'm going to start at ,999. I guess we'll see how crazy this gets? That's, at least, the minimum I need to get to be able walk away from it.
It is available to see right now.

Please ask as many questions as you need! But, you will not be disappointed!
I get terrible service out here and check email maybe once at night.
    Clean Title in Hand
I know that is a lot to read, but please do so before calling with questions.
The pictures of the outside are EXTREMELY dirty and still, look at the shine!
    Oh, and new tires too!
