A beautiful holiday party dress in very good preowned doc room. The only flaw I detect is some creasing on the velvet waist band, which would probably improve with some careful ironing. Lovely tulle lined under skirt to add volume; tulle is on outer layer so it won’t scratch sensitive legs. Size 18 months. Red, green, and a deep pink plaid with silver lining. Measurements taken flat laying in inches below.
