This is an LED upgrade Kit for YOUR Instrument cluster.
You are not buying a new instrument cluster with LED's but a kit to upgrade your OEM instrument cluster to LED's.
This is a Do-it-Yourself instrument cluster bulb to LED Upgrade Kit in Blue.
Soldering skills are NOT necessary for this kit.
The kit includes the blue LED's for the back lighting of the cluster.
Just twist out the incandescent bulbs from the circuit board and install the LED's.
There are instructional videos on Youtube to walk you through the entire process. It is very simple and not time consuming at all.
